By installing or using TabPulsar ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension. TabPulsar is operated by LAKAY BUSINESS LTDA (São Paulo, Brazil).
TabPulsar is a browser extension that tracks time spent on web applications, calculates subscription costs, and provides waste analysis. The Extension operates locally on your device and stores all data in your browser's local storage.
TabPulsar offers a free tier with limited features and paid plans (Pro and Team) with additional capabilities. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe and processed by LAKAY BUSINESS LTDA. You can cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period.
If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Contact support@tabpulsar.site to request a refund.
Your privacy is fundamental to TabPulsar. All browsing data stays on your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

TabPulsar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that cost calculations will be perfectly accurate. SaaS waste estimates are based on usage patterns and should be used as guidance, not as precise financial data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TabPulsar and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Extension in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
